Who I Am

The Azienda Agricola Alberto Tedeschi (located on the bolognese hills) stretches between two municipal districts: Monteveglio, where there are 2 hectares of grapevines and Zola Predosa, where there is a wine cellar.  The vineyard, situated in the Regional Park of Monteveglio Abbey, is cultivated to be in harmony with and respecting its natural cycles. Any intervention on the vineyard is used to keep the ecosystem surrounding the grapevines as lively as possible. We cultivate the Pignoletto native vine, which comes from the traditional white grapes of the territory. In the wine cellar, the same natural approach and search for the maximum character of the harvest is followed up with a wine-making model. This model allows the grapes to play a leading role in their transformation into wine, without the intervention of man. Our aim therefore is to make the grapes express their maximum character, according to the climate of each year.  The territory differentiates the wine and makes it unique.
